Guide to Use ONUS for Unsupported Locations

Dear global users,

For now, the ONUS application on the App Store (iOS devices) is only supported in 4 countries, including:

  1. Vietnam
  2. Lithuania
  3. Poland
  4. Czech Republic

Note: Android users can download the ONUS app from the Google Play Store as usual.

If you’re using iOS devices and not from one of the four countries mentioned above, you can still use ONUS in 3 ways:

1. Using ONUS Web App (Recommended)

The ONUS web version is the perfect solution, allowing you to seamlessly trade and manage your assets with ease. If you already have an ONUS account, you can log in right here: ONUS Web App.

If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up directly on ONUS Web by following the instructions below:

  • Step 1: Go to ONUS Web App: https://goonus.io/en/signup/ to create an account
  • Step 2: Check your email to complete account verification
  • Step 3: Sign-in ONUS Web using your registered information
  • Step 4: Verify your account to start using the ONUS Web

2. Choose the supported country 

Change your Apple ID country/region to 1 of the 4 supported countries

Step 1: Open the Settings, choose Apple ID

Step 2: Tap Media & Purchases

Step 3: Tap View Account, then tap Country/Region

Step 4: Choose 1 of the 4 countries above.

Step 5: Tap Agree to confirm.

After changing Apple ID country/region, you can download the ONUS app directly from the App Store.

Note: If you’re still encountering the “Account Not In This Store” error, it’s likely due to a location change that’s confusing the system software and triggering this message. You can resolve this issue by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap on your Apple ID.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and select Sign Out. Confirm the Sign Out action.

Step 4: Sign back in with your Apple ID.

3. Download the ONUS app via TestFlight

Step 1: Visit TestFlight at https://goonus.io/download-tf. Tap “View in App Store” to download TestFlight.

Step 2: Revisit the link above. Tap “Start Testing” then install ONUS to use ONUS via TestFlight.
