In order to upgrade the server infrastructure and improve system efficiency, the technical team will conduct maintenance on the ONUS application and the ONUS Pro exchange, specifically:
1. ONUS Application
Maintenance time: 00:00 to 12:00 on March 15, 2024 (UTC+7)
During the upgrade, users will temporarily not be able to log in and use all features on the application. User assets will not be affected. All data on assets and transaction history on the application will be secured during the upgrade.
2. ONUS Pro
Maintenance time: 02:00 to 06:00 AM on March 15, 2024 (UTC+7)
From 06:00 AM on March 15, 2024, users can trade on the website https://pro.goonus.io/
- During the maintenance period, users will not be able to operate with open positions and cannot open new positions on both the application and the website.
- User positions will be maintained during the maintenance period and will be resumed when the maintenance is completed. However, when the maintenance is completed, open positions may face some risks due to price changes during the maintenance period. Users are requested to manage risks and have a suitable trading plan.
- ONUS Pro will not apply the Funding Rate mechanism during the maintenance period until the end of the cycle at 07:00 on March 15, 2024. After this period, the Funding Rate mechanism will continue to be applied.
Notes:
- During the ONUS application maintenance period, the deposit and withdrawal function into the Futures wallet will be temporarily closed. Users are requested to take note of this in order to have a suitable trading plan.
