The technical team will upgrade ONUS Pro Futures on a regular basis to optimize system performance and fix common errors. Users will be unable to adjust open positions or open new positions during the maintenance period. Therefore, ONUS would like to inform users to have a suitable management plan in place.
Maintenance time: From 17:00 to 19:00 on May 14th, 2023 (UTC).
Important notes:
User positions are still maintained during the maintenance and resume when the maintenance is complete. However, once the maintenance is complete, open positions may be exposed to some risk since the price has changed during the maintenance. Therefore, ONUS advises users to:
- Close the position before the upgrade.
- If you want to keep the position open during the maintenance period, it is recommended that you set Take Profit/Stop Loss (you can use the Mark Price) to limit the risk.
- Unexpected problems will be supported by ONUS, but with price changes during maintenance, users need to plan in advance to ensure their own risk.
