In order to upgrade server infrastructure and enhance system performance, our technical team will be conducting maintenance on Futures contract transactions at ONUS Pro.
Maintenance period: From 17:15 to 19:15 UTC on December 8, 2023 (2 hours)
Other features within the ONUS app will continue to operate as usual.
Note:
- During the maintenance period, users will be unable to interact with open positions or create new ones.
- Users’ positions will be preserved during the maintenance process and will resume normal operations once the maintenance is completed. However, upon completion of maintenance, open positions may be subject to risks due to price changes during the maintenance period. Users are advised to manage their risks and plan their trading accordingly.
- To limit risks, the Funding Rate mechanism is currently temporarily suspended. ONUS will have an announcement when the Funding Rate mechanism is applied again.
- If there are any unforeseen issues that require support, users are kindly requested to submit a ticket for assistance.
