In order to optimize application performance, ONUS will be holding maintenance for the entire ONUS application from 17:00 UTC (November 27th, 2022). During the upgrade process, users are temporarily unable to log in and use all application features. The duration of the maintenance is estimated to be 6 hours long but might take longer than expected depending on the actual situation.
Sphere of influence:
- All features on the ONUS application will be paused during the upgrade process.
- Transactions of depositing and withdrawing digital assets into ONUS system will not be possible until the system goes into regular operation.
- All asset data and transaction history on the app will be kept safe during the upgrade.
- With Credit Line loans, your collateral will not be liquidated during the upgrade period if the asset’s price falls below the liquidation threshold.
Futures feature:
- The system will stop accepting new orders (including opening new positions and increasing trading volume orders) from 16:00 November 27, 2022 (UTC).
- From 17:00 November 27, 2022 (UTC), the system will not automatically close opening positions or delete pending positions with all trading pairs, but users can not access to ONUS Futures to make adjustments for position. Users are recommended to manually close all opening positions, delete all pending positions before the maintenance starting time to reduce trading risks when positions can hit SL or be liquidated during maintenance time.
