In order to solve application performance issues and provide a safer investment experience for customers, ONUS performed a full system upgrade (Big Update).
The upgrade is now complete. Starting from 15:30 UTC March 19, all features on the ONUS application will return to normal operation. Everyone can now login and use the app.
However, there are some problems with the system when upgrading to the new core, leading to some cases where customers get conversion errors with some assets (ONUS, RICE, KAI, BCOIN,…). ONUS technical team is doing thorough analysis and remediation.
