According to the official announcement from the Ethereum Foundation, the Ethereum network will undergo a hard fork and upgrade the network at 13:55 UTC on March 13, 2024.
To support the hard fork process, starting from 13:25 UTC on March 13, 2024, ONUS will temporarily suspend the On-chain deposit and withdrawal portals on the Ethereum network and the following Layer 2 networks: Arbitrum, Base, Polygon and zkSync.
During this time, customers cannot make On-chain deposit/withdrawal orders with the mentioned networks via the ONUS application.
On-chain deposits and withdrawals on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon and zkSync will be reopened once the upgrade is complete. ONUS will have specific announcements.
