On December 25, 2024, LaifuAI (LAIFU) was successfully evaluated by the community through ONUS Voting. With 92.12% of votes in favor, the LaifuAI (LAIFU) project officially qualified for distribution via the ONUS Launchpad platform. Below are the details of the LAIFU token sale on ONUS Launchpad.

- Purchase method: First Come, First Served (Launchpad ends when 200,000,000 LAIFU are sold or the purchasing period concludes)
- Purchasing period: 03:00 AM on December 26 – 03:00 AM on January 2 (UTC)
- Token distribution time: 03:30 AM on January 2 (UTC)
- Eligibility: All ONUS app users from VIP 1 level (with basic KYC completed)
Additional Notes:
- The total supply of LAIFU is 1,000,000,000 tokens, with 200,000,000 LAIFU allocated for the Launchpad sale.
- Unlocking schedule for Launchpad tokens: 30% will unlock at the Token Generation Event (TGE), while the remaining 70% will be locked for 3 months and then linear vesting over the next 9 months.
Launchpad Process
The LAIFU Launchpad will occur in four main stages:
1. Determining Purchase Rights (Before 03:00 AM UTC on December 26)
Purchase rights determine the maximum amount of VNDC you can use to register for the sale. Your purchase rights will be displayed on the Launchpad interface.
Purchase Rights = Default Rights + (vONUS Points * ONUS/VNDC Exchange rate at the time of allocation right calculation)
2. Registration to Purchase (03:00 AM UTC on December 26 – 03:00 AM UTC on January 2)
To purchase LAIFU, deposit VNDC into the LAIFU Launchpad pool. Using the “First Come, First Served” method, users who deposit VNDC earlier will successfully purchase LAIFU until the allocation is sold out. The Launchpad will end once all 200,000,000 LAIFU tokens are purchased or the time limit is reached, whichever comes first.
3. Token Allocation (03:00 AM UTC on January 2)
At 03:00 AM UTC on January 2, ONUS will close the purchasing portal and allocate LAIFU to successful buyers.
4. Token Distribution (03:30 AM on January 2)
ONUS will automatically transfer the purchased LAIFU tokens to successful buyers’ accounts.
According to the policy of the LaifuAI project, you will receive 30% of Launchpad tokens at 03:30 AM on January 2.
