Starting today, February 9, 2023, ONUS will apply Account Verification by eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer). This expedites the KYC process for new customers.
How to complete eKYC
After registering an account and logging into the ONUS app, you need to verify your identity according to the following instructions:
Step 1: At the main screen, select the Settings icon.
Step 2: Scroll down and select Account Verification (KYC).
Step 3: Select the type of verification document.
Step 4: Take photos:
In order for Account Verification to be successful, users need to take photos according to the requirements on the screen:
- Verification documents: contain the owner information; capture clearly, without glare, blur, or being cut out of the frame.
- Selfie: The photos taken are clear, with no blur or glare.
If the information is correct and the documents are properly captured, the system will automatically approve the customer’s KYC information within 10 seconds!
