On May 2nd, Aave Labs released three proposals outlined the vision for Aave Protocol V4, including a new architectural design to enhance modularity and optimize capital efficiency.

Aave Labs plans to start the development of V4 in Q2 of 2024, with a release expected around mid-2025.
