Swyftx has acquired Easy Crypto, adding 350,000 customers and bringing the total to 1.1 million. Easy Crypto has processed over NZ$3.5 billion (approximately 2.1 billion USD) in sales since its launch in 2018.

Swyftx aims to integrate both platforms to enhance customer experience and expand product offerings in the ANZ region over the next 18 months.

The deal comes at a time of regulatory uncertainty impacting crypto mergers and acquisitions, highlighting the need for clearer regulations to support market growth.
