Bitcoin leverage ratio hits new ATH
On-chain data shows the Bitcoin leverage ratio has surged to a new all-time high, suggesting the market could be heading toward high volatility. This means that investors are taking a high amount of leverage on average.
In comparison to previous periods, the current leverage ratio not only reaches an ATH but is also far ahead of other market periods. This ratio is double that of when Bitcoin reached $69,000 and four times that of when Bitcoin first fell below $30,000.
