According to Standard Chartered, Bitcoin is predicted to reach 500,000 USD by the end of Donald Trump’s presidency. By 2025, it’s expected to hit 200,000 USD, increasing to 300,000 USD in 2026 and 400,000 USD in 2027, primarily due to a better regulatory environment.
If Bitcoin reaches 500,000 USD, its market cap could escalate to 10.5 trillion USD, near half of gold’s market cap. The bank believes the introduction of Bitcoin ETFs in January 2024 will enhance investor access and confidence in the asset.
