The biggest cryptocurrency in the world hit its lowest point in August, dropping to $21,447. Today, the value of other altcoins like Solana, Polygon, or Avalance also decreased by over 10%. In the last 4 hours, more than 228 million USD worth of futures contracts were liquidated, with long orders accounting for 86.94%, or 198 million USD, according to Coinglass.
