CME Group to add ETH options ahead of the Ethereum merge

CME Group, which is the world’s largest derivatives exchange, plans to launch options on Ethereum futures next month—just days before the long-awaited “merge” upgrade to the Ethereum network completes.

According to the announcement, the product would launch on September 12, pending regulatory review.
