Crypto Fear and Greed Index hits 16th month high ahead of the Fed meeting

The Crypto Fear and Greed Index has reached its highest level of the year, surpassing levels not seen since November 2021, when Bitcoin reached its all-time high.

The Index was updated on March 21 and revealed a score of 68, placing it firmly within the “Greed” region.
