Grayscale recently submitted filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register shares of a new Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF), Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust (Proposed Ticker: ETH).

Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust would be created through a spin-off and distribution from Grayscale Ethereum Trust (OTCQX: ETHE).
