House Bill 701 was passed unanimously in both the House (91-0) and Senate (37-0), ensuring protection for crypto users against discrimination.

Lawmakers are also exploring a proposal allowing the state to allocate up to 10% of excess funds into Bitcoin, highlighting Kentucky’s ambition to become crypto-friendly.
