Brent Kovar has been indicted for allegedly defrauding investors out of 24 million USD in a cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme, using his firm, Profit Connect, to promise unrealistic returns based on AI technology.

Kovar’s jury trial is scheduled for April 8, 2025, and he faces potential prison time of 330 years and fines reaching 4.5 million USD if found guilty.
