September 10, 2024, Metaplanet publicly announced that it had purchased an additional 38.46 Bitcoin for 2.1 million USD. The average price of this latest acquisition was 54,514 USD per BTC.

This brings Metaplanet’s total Bitcoin holdings to approximately 398.83 BTC (26.2 million USD) at an average price of 65,600 USD per Bitcoin.
