The TON Foundation has appointed Manuel Stotz as president, replacing Steve Yun. Stotz, with a strong investment background, will drive efforts to grow the TON blockchain in the U.S., targeting higher-income users and diversifying the community beyond developing countries.
Stotz, founder of Kingsway Capital which has invested in over 50 blockchain firms, believes that the TON blockchain is positioned to lead in the industry. This new strategic focus on the U.S. Market follows a significant year of user growth, driven by popular Telegram-based video games.
