Unichain, leveraging the Uniswap OP Stack, will launch its mainnet on January 6, 2025, succeeding a testnet RUN that achieved over 50 million transactions with a 99% uptime.

The mainnet will implement Permissionless Fault Proofs for transaction verification, enhancing security and minimizing fraud risks from launch.

The UNI token has demonstrated strong trading activity, with around 1 billion USD in volume within 24 hours and a 30% price increase over the past month.
