According to the official announcement from Polygon, this project will make the redenomination from Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL). All MATIC tokens will be converted to POL tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (1 MATIC = 1 POL).
To aid in this conversion, ONUS will halt all trading in MATIC assets:
- 03:00 UTC on September 10, 2024: Close all features for MATIC assets, including Trade, Off-chain and On-chain transactions.
- 10:00 UTC on September 13, 2024: The maintenance progress is completed, and all functionality for POL assets will be restored, including Trade, Off-chain and On-chain transactions.
