Quant is a decentralized platform designed to connect blockchains and networks globally while maintaining network efficiency and interoperability. The primary goal of Quant is to bridge the gap between different blockchains. Quant accomplishes this by utilizing Overledger technology to build a bridge between networks and existing Blockchains to create a multi-chain network.

Quant launched in June 2018, becoming the first project to tackle interoperability, is the first operating system built for blockchains. Entrepreneurs and leading experts in blockchain and other fields founded and developed Quant.

QNT is the Quant Network Utility Token, which is used to access Quant’s products and services. Furthermore, the QNT Token is used to authenticate transactions going through Overledger; it is used to pay system costs, and it is used to reward Quant Platform developers.
