DODO is a blockchain-based decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol and liquidity provider that employs a proactive market-making algorithm (PMM). The PMM pricing mechanism simulates human trading by capturing highly accurate asset market prices. It then provides enough liquidity close to these prices to stabilize liquidity providers’ (LPs’) portfolios, reduce slippage, and eliminate losses by rewarding arbitrage. As a result, the DODO platform outperforms automated market makers in terms of liquidity and price stability (AMMs).

DODO provides sufficient liquidity equivalent to centralized exchanges (CEXs) for traders, which smart contracts can use for blockchain transactions such as liquidations and auctions. Arbitrage traders can also exploit price differences between DODO and other exchanges.

Furthermore, the DODO platform allows new crypto projects and ICOs to be listed for free via the Initial DODO Offering (IDO) feature.

DODO token functions primarily as a Governance Token on the DODO platform (Government Token). As a result, DODO token holders have the right to vote in proportion to the amount of DODO they own in order to influence essential platform decisions. Furthermore, when DODO is converted to vDODO, vDODO holders receive numerous benefits when using the platform.
