Update on Partner Change Policy

Following a trial period in which users were given the choice to alter their referrer, ONUS has received a lot of feedback from both users and partners. To help partners more accessibly develop and take care of customers, ONUS team will temporarily disable the ability to change referrers.

Specifically, users and partners can only change their referrer in the following cases:

  1. There is no referrer (Partner)
  2. The referrer has not yet upgraded to ONUS partner.
  3. Proposed by the direct business partner to change to another partner (by sending tickets to the customer service team).

On November 5, 2021, at 0:00, an official application will be submitted (the app will automatically update the policy).

Introducing My Partner feature

My Partner is a new feature in ONUS 2.0 that allows partners to share their communication channels with users, such as Zalo, Facebook, and Telegram.

When using the My Partner feature, users can view information about partners (current referrer), remove/change partners if eligible, and join the community channels that the Partner has shared.
