VFilms project’s token distribution plan on ONUS Launchpad and Launchpool

In order to introduce a potential streaming project to the community, ONUS will launch a VFilms project token distribution program through ONUS Launchpad and Launchpool.

Launchpad: Distribute 1,000,000 VFI
Launchpool: Distribute 5,454,000 FILM1000

*Note: ONUS Launchpad is a platform that helps projects launch their tokens for the first time to the community. All projects go through an evaluation process by ONUS to ensure users can access high-quality projects. However, due to the nature of the market, ONUS will not be responsible for any asset losses. Investors are advised to do thorough research, understand the risks involved, and exercise caution when trading.

1. VFI Launchpad

Summary of the VFI Launchpad Sale Plan:

Total number of tokens for sale: 1,000,000 VFI
Public Sale Token Price: 1 VFI = 9,600 VNDC
Token Sale Format: First come, First served (might end sooner when 1,000,000 VFI are sold out)
Subscription Period: From 03:00 UTC on November 14, 2024 to 03:00 UTC on November 20, 2024.
Token distribution: 03:30 AM UTC on November 20, 2024.
Participation requirement: All ONUS application users from VIP 1 (completed basic KYC)

After the VFI allocation is completed, the following features will be available starting at 08:00 UTC on November 20:

Listing VFI on the ONUS application.
Enabling Off-chain and P2P trading.

Launchpad Process:

The Launchpad program for VFI consists of four main stages:

Phase 1: Determine buy option (before 03:00 UTC on November 14)

The purchase right is the maximum amount of VNDC you are allowed to use for the purchase registration. Your default purchase right is displayed on the Launchpad interface.

Maximum purchase right = Default purchase right + (vONUS Score * ONUS/VNDC Exchange rate at the time of purchase registration opening)

Phase 2: Subscription (03:00 UTC on November 14 – 03:00 UTC on November 20)

To register to buy VFI, you must deposit VNDC into the VFI Launchpad pool. The sale of VFI will be conducted on a “First Come, First Served” basis. Users who deposit VNDC early will be guaranteed to buy VFI based on the amount deposited and the specified exchange rate. The Launchpad program will end when all 1,000,000 VFI are sold out or the time limit is reached.

The subscription period is from 03:00 UTC on November 14, 2024 to 03:00 UTC on November 20, 2024 (might end sooner when 1,000,000 VFI are sold out)

Phase 3: Token Allocation (03:00 UTC on November 20)

At 03:00 UTC on November 20, ONUS will close the subscription portal and distribute VFI to investors who have successfully placed orders.

Phase 4: Claim Token (03:30 UTC on November 20)

For investors who successfully purchased VFI, ONUS will automatically transfer this amount of asset to your account.

According to the policy of the VFilms, you will receive 20% of Launchpad tokens at 03:30 UTC on November 20.

Note

VFI has a total supply of 5,000,000 tokens, of which 1,000,000 VFI are for the Launchpad offering.
Launchpad tokens will unlock 20% at TGE. The remaining 80% will be locked for 2 months, then linear vesting for the next 16 months (5% each month).

2. Launchpool #17: FILM1000

For the Launchpool #17: FILM1000, users can stake ONX, ONUS, VNDC, USDT and MCAKE to receive project tokens for free. The staked amount will be temporarily locked for 10 days; Users can claim FILM1000 when the pool ends.

Note:

Burning Pool is a new Launchpool format with a mechanism to burn all deposited tokens. For example, with the Burning Pool “Deposit ONUS – Receive FILM1000”, all the ONUS you deposit will be burned. At the end of the cycle, you will receive FILM1000 tokens as rewards, without receiving ONUS back.

ONUS lists FILM1000 with the equivalent value of 1 FILM1000 = 1,000 FILM.
