On September 22, ONUS launched the Voting program with a proposal to add Auto-Renew mechanism to all vONUS pools on ONUS Shares, expected to apply after the first 7 days from the next governance cycle (cycle 15).
At 09:00 AM UTC today, September 23, the Voting portal is officially closed. With the “Agree” rate accounting for 72.43%, ONUS would like to announce that the proposal to enable Auto-Renew for ONUS Shares has been officially approved.
Result details:
- “Yes” Rate: 72.43%, equivalent to 4,790,782 votes
- “No” Rate: 27.57%, equivalent to 1,823,202 votes
The proposal to enable Auto-Renew for ONUS Shares is expected to be applied after the first 7 days from the next governance cycle (cycle 15).
About the ONUS Shares Auto-Renew mechanism
With this Auto-Renew mechanism, the amount of ONUS Coin you deposit into the pools will automatically renew to the next pool cycle immediately after the end of the old pool period (similar to Farming Pool Auto-Renew).
- For 30/90/180-day pools: The automatic renewal period is expected in 7 days. Specifically, after a cycle ends, the system will automatically renew for a new cycle. If there is a need to withdraw ONUS, users can withdraw within the first 7 days of the new cycle. After 7 days, if users want to withdraw, they need to wait until the end of the cycle.
- For 365/730/1460-day pools: The automatic renewal period is expected in 14 days. Specifically, after a cycle ends, the system will automatically renew for a new cycle. If there is a need to withdraw ONUS, users can withdraw within the first 14 days of the new cycle. After 14 days, if users want to withdraw, they need to wait until the end of the cycle.
