Liquity is a decentralized borrowing protocol built on Ethereum that allows you to withdraw 0% interest loans against Ether used as collateral.
Liquity offers the best loan terms in the market with the main benefits being:

- Free of charge, all operations are algorithmic and fully automatic
- LUSD (stablecoin pegged to USD) can be exchanged for the underlying collateral at any time
LQTY is a secondary token issued by Liquity. Used for 2 main purposes:
- Earn fees: Staking Liquity to earn fees from issuing and redeeming loans.

On February 12, 2025, Liquity Protocol urged users to withdraw from the V2 Stability Pools amidst a possible issue with the ‘Earn’ feature. Despite this concern, the protocol’s primary functions remain unaffected, ensuring users can operate without interruption.
